Every week your home and property are checked to make sure that everything is running and working to its fullest potential.
This includes a weekly walk-through to prep for the arrival for the homeowner.  We address items that include, but are not limited to the following:    


Ensure all lights are working in your home - interior and exterior.  

Ensure all A/V and HVAC are working properly.   

Along with a weekly maintenance of the A/V & HVAC is an automatic scheduling of all the HVAC mechanical maintenance

Address any repairs that are needed on the interior and exterior

In addition, Humble Abode takes care of other items that do not require every week maintenance.  For example:  

Spring and Fall set up and close down of all exterior furniture and accessories.


Annual inspections and services for all vehicles.

Winter- snowplowing and walkway shoveling to ensure that your home is accessible and ready no matter what the weather conditions are.
